Energy Talent Development

The Energy Talent Development (ETD) programme pilot, driven forward by ITF and sponsored by Scottish Enterprise since 2008, has now drawn to a close. The programme will now be put on hold and ITF will re-visit the feasibility of continuing with it at a later stage.

Since the inception of ETD in 2008, ITF received 49 industry project ideas and placed 15 MSc students.

ITF would take to take the opportunity to thank all those involved from industry and academia who helped to support ITF throughout the course of the pilot. In particular to Scottish Enterprise who funded the programme, and SPE and Energy Institute who were heavily involved in the latter stages of the programme.
