EU Sanctions against Iran

It has been brought to the attention of ITF that EU Sanctions have recently been imposed against Iran, specifically targeting their oil and gas industries. These sanctions prohibit EU Member States from:

• Facilitating new technology development within the Iranian Oil & Gas Industry
• Certain investment within the Iranian Oil & Gas Industry
• Exports to Iran of key equipment for their Oil and Natural Gas Industry

After further investigation, ITF has concluded that it is in the best interests of the company and its members not to associate itself with any activities involving or potentially involving Iran while the sanctions remain in place.
