Anthony has more than ten years experience in the oil and gas industry. Before Joining ITF as a senior technology analyst; he worked as a petroleum engineer and a project engineer in UK and West Africa. He has a wealth of knowledge in reservoir management, production optimisation, well integrity, subsea production system, completion design optimisation and material selection & corrosion.
His role as senior technology analyst involves taking ownership and control of the ITF process which facilitates the development and deployment of innovative technologies in the Oil and Gas industry. Anthony is also involved in other joint industry projects (JIPs) facilitated through the ITF process.
He is an altruistic and long-term volunteer for the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and co-founded many initiatives targeting the development of talents in the energy industry. Anthony received the SPE North Sea Regional Outstanding Young Member Award in 2008 and the SPE International Award for Young Member Contribution to the Society and Petroleum Industry in 2009 at SPE International Annual Award Banquet in New Orleans, US. He is currently the SPE Aberdeen Section Membership Director.

After completing her studies in 2009, Alison joined Viper Subsea part time as a Commercial Coordinator. At the same time, Alison also worked part time as a Legal and Research Assistant for Collabro Ltd.
Alison joined ITF in 2010 as Legal and Business Analyst. In her role, Alison’s responsibilities include the coordination and negotiation of queries and comments relating to individual project contracts; maintaining QHSE Policies and Procedures; and the frequent analysis of ITF’s growth, both domestically and internationally.

Following the completion of her degree, Ashleigh joined ITF in 2008 as Customer and Technology Support. In the three years since joining the company, she has risen to Marketing Manager and now has direct responsibility for managing and delivering the global PR and marketing strategy for ITF.
In 2011, Ashleigh was also appointed as ITF’s Project Manager to deliver the oil & gas section of the Energy KTN (Knowledge Transfer Network) which forms part of the Technology Strategy Board’s energy strategy.

Prior to joining ITF, Carol worked as Office Manager for CETCO Oilfield Services for 5 years, and also holds experience working as the Manager of a Medical GP Practice.
She joined ITF in 2007, as the Office Manager and P.A to the M.D. and her key responsibilities include administration, finance, supporting the Managing Director with his responsibilities, as well as coordinating ITFs external relationships with its stakeholders.

Colin has been with ITF since its formation in 1999. During his time at ITF Colin has enjoyed working as a Senior Technology Analyst, and collaborating with researchers, technology developers and industry domain specialists across a wide range of technology areas within the oil and gas industry.
Recently, Colin has concentrated on Subsurface activities mainly at the interface between industry and academia, which is the area he most enjoys working in. His key focus is facilitating collaborative research and technology development projects.

David is a graduate of Imperial College of Science and Technology London. He has been involved in the design, manufacture, development, and commercialisation of high technology products in the offshore oil and gas industry for over 35 years.
As Strategic Technology Director with ITF , David’s responsibilities include growing the ITF membership and understanding their technology needs, as well as taking a strategic view on special technology projects for members.

David joined ITF in December 2011 as a Technology Analyst. David’s role comprises of taking ownership and control of the ITF process which facilitates the development and deployment of innovative technologies in the Oil and Gas industry.
He graduated from Heriot-Watt University with an M.Eng degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Following graduation, he worked for multinational electronics companies in the UK and New Zealand in new production introduction teams.

Keith has worked for a number of oil and gas operator and service companies including Chevron, Amerada Hess, Aker Oil and Gas and Acergy. In October 2007, Keith joined ITF as a Senior Technology Analyst. In the three years since he joined ITF he has been responsible for managing a significant number of themes.
Keith has successfully facilitated the launch of numerous oil and gas joint industry projects, helping to bring a number of innovative technologies through to commercialisation and implementation. Keith was promoted by ITF to Lead Technology Analyst (Special Projects) in 2010 and then to Technology Manager in January 2011.

Mark Graduated from The University of Port Harcourt in 2003 with an honours degree in Geology.
After university he joined Fugro as a Graduate Geoscientist and was involved in a variety of projects in West Africa for a number of major operators working in the area such as; Shell, Chevron, Eni, Total, Exxonmobil. He then became a Project Engineer and worked on various projects with other Fugro companies such as FEBV in The Netherlands, FMMG in the USA and FES in the UK.
Mark also studied at the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen and obtained a Master of Science degree in Environmental Analysis.
Mark has also worked with the Marine Research Laboratory in Aberdeen, developing methods and procedures for Environmental Analysis in the Scottish Marine Environment.
In September 2009 Mark joined ITF as a Technology Analyst working primarily within the Production, Wells and Subsea area. Mark has been promoted to Senior Technology Analyst and his role is fundamental to ITF’s operations. The Technology Analysts take ownership and control of the ITF process which facilitates the development and deployment of innovative technologies in the Oil and Gas industry.

Michael graduated from the University of Bristol in 2011 with an MSci (Hons) in Environmental Geoscience and joined ITF in September of the same year as a Technology Analyst. As part of the Technology Team, Michael’s role is fundamental to ITF’s operations. In the five years since Neil joined ITF he has been responsible for bringing a global vision to ITF, successfully creating and delivering a service company engagement programme, increasing ITF membership by more than 50% and pro-actively ensuring ITF effectively delivers its members technology needs.
Neil has also been instrumental in raising the profile of ITF and ensuring the organisation is recognised as an authoritative voice on technology development for the oil and gas industry. Neil is also a Subsea UK board member.

Lisa graduated from The University of Edinburgh in 2011 with a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences and upon completion of her degree moved home to Aberdeen and joined ITF as Operations Coordinator in September 2011. Her roles include office administration and assisting the technology team.

Pauline joined ITF in March 2011 as a Senior Technology Analyst. Working with industry experts, technology developers, and academia, she facilitates the ITF process of identifying and understanding the shared technology needs of member companies, seeking out technology innovations and solutions to launch joint industry projects, and drive these forward to implementation. Pauline graduated as a geologist and has over 20 years research experience within the oil industry, public sector and academia at the Universities of Oxford and Heriot-Watt.

Prior to joining ITF Peter was employed by CSIRO in Australia for 8 years where he held various prominent research managerial positions.
Peter joined ITF in July 2011 as the Regional Manager for Australia. His role includes identifying regional clusters and activity with local technical experts and discipline experts, developing an understanding of stakeholder needs in the area, networking with stakeholders and identifying marketing and PR opportunities within the region.

Rob Fisher holds an honours degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. Following several years as a subsea geotechnical engineering specialist Rob moved from Fugro to Technip. As head of Technip's world-wide Geotechnics Team he was responsible for developing novel solutions to subsea trenching and construction problems as well as ground-breaking R&D into pipeline-soil interaction and foundation design.
Following this role Rob moved to become head of Technip's Offshore Engineering Division, overseeing specialist engineering support to Technip entities in pipeline, welding, materials, equipment and geotechnical engineering and implementation of Technip's R&D programme in the corresponding fields. Subsequently, Rob served as Engineering Manager for Technip's UK subsea operations, implementing an organisational restructure to enhance engineer's development and streamline support to projects. More recently he has run several projects and is currently managing the industrialisation of the world's first electrically trace heated Pipe-in-Pipe (ETH-PIP).
Ryan originally joined ITF in 2007 as a Senior Technology Analyst where he was a leading figure in initiating and facilitating joint industry projects between oil and gas industry companies and developers. Following on from his role as Business Improvement Lead with PSN he re-joined ITF as the new in-country Regional Director heading up the office in Abu Dhabi tasked with raising awareness of the organisation in the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Ryan was the recipient of the ‘Rising Star Award’ at the 2010 Scottish Offshore Achievement Awards and is a founding member of the Oil and Gas UK ‘Next Generation’ Task Force, where he was a keynote speaker during Offshore Europe 2009. He holds a BA (Hons.) in Law and Management and is currently completing his MBA in Oil and Gas Management at The Robert Gordon University.

Steve Garrett is currently Manager of Chevron's UK Global Technology Centre (GTC) in Aberdeen, Scotland. The UK GTC provides multi-functional support for major projects worldwide.
Following a BSc in Geology from University of Bristol (1980) and an MSc in Applied Geophysics from the University of Birmingham (1981), Steve joined the British Antarctic Survey to lead three seasons of fieldwork investigating the crustal structure of the Antarctic Peninsula and West Antarctica, leading to a PhD (1987). He joined Chevron in exploration in London, with further assignments in Calgary, Southern California (twice) and Aberdeen (twice). Most of his energy industry work has involved leading teams applying technology in field development and reservoir management for gas, water flood and heavy oil steam flood fields in NW Europe and North America, together with people development for earth scientists in Chevron.
Steve has published over 20 papers on geophysics, tectonics, earth modeling, regional stratigraphy and reservoir characterisation. He was the first Vice-President of the gOcad research consortium at the start of successful commercialisation of this modeling environment. He was quoted by the New York Times in the 2007 article on the application of technology to sustain production from mature fields. He is a director of the Centre for Research into Earth Energy Systems (CeREES) at Durham University, and is 2011 President of the Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain (PESGB).
Prior to joining ITF in December 2008, Tony was the Business Development Manager in the UK for CETCO Oilfield Services. His primary function as ITF’s Business Development Manager is to identify potential operators and service companies who would benefit by being members of ITF. Once membership has been established, his role is to help broaden ITF’s reach within these organizations and to ensure that all development opportunities are explored.
Part of his remit is also to develop and manage key relationships with small and medium size businesses, and to develop new contacts within the global technology and development community.
