Member Representative Goals and objectives for 2007

1.

Deliver global exposure and understanding of ITF within own organisation and provide feedback to ITF such that executive management views are understood.

2.

Communicate the need for appropriate evaluation teams to exist within member organisations to evaluate and promote the benefits of new technology implementation. Verify that proposals have been given a credible review by appropriately qualified technical authorities.

3.

Enforce ITF expectation that appropriate staff attend the various ITF meetings.

4.

Provide clarity with regard to budget and commitment cycle and ensure that decisions are made in a timely fashion in accordance with published ITF deadlines.

5.

Provide updates on member technology drivers and global strategic technology objectives where appropriate at each members meeting.

6.

Extend invites to internal and external technology events to ITF where appropriate.

7.

Provide ITF with all relevant information pertaining to technology objectives that are available within member organisations.

8.

Ensure that relevant internal websites carry links to ITF website.

9.

Communicate ITF remit through internal announcements, existing bulletins or newsletters.

10.

Support ITF mapping of technology by providing feedback and input from member organisation technology programmes.
